Processing Times

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We will send an email once your order has been shipped (including tracking info) to let you know it's on the way!

Bulk and Custom Postcard Orders: Ship from our third-party printer, so allow up to 9 days for delivery. Express Shipping, approximately 4 business days, is available for an additional fee.

Print-on-Demand Items: Shipping times can be 7-10 days, depending on production times.

Free Shipping & Rush Delivery

We provide free USPS shipping for all orders, and offer Priority Mail upgrades (for a small fee) on stickers and orders of less than 100 postcards—orders of 100+ postcards ship free via Priority Mail. (NOTE: We do not currently ship to addresses outside of the United States.)

Bulk and Custom Postcard Orders ship via UPS directly to you from our third-party printer.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the high cost of shipping, we appreciate you understanding as to why our small business does not accept returns or exchanges. Please inspect your order and contact us within five days of delivery if an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item—we want to help make it right!.

We offer special pricing if you order 2,500+ postcards of a single design. Bulk orders ship directly from our third-party printer and arrive to you within 7-10 days. Order directly from our website.

Custom orders

We can add your full-color logo and/or text to the front or back of any current postcard design with a minimum order of 5,000 postcards. Custom orders ship directly from our third-party printer to you and arrive within 7-10 days after final design approval. Please contact us directly for additional details.
